i need serious help im an emo and i cut i just lost my girlfriend and i need a way to escape from this emotional pain

Talk it out, I think one of the main reasons people (teens) turn towards emo culture is because they don't feel comfortable talking about stuff.... So just talk about it. feel free to email me if you want to talk or just say hi. ;) good luck.
