They hate Republicans more than each other.
They hate each other more than they hate terrorists.
Hell, I have seen no evidence they have anything against terrorists at all.

It sure is funny how subjective politcs in this country has gotten, and this "question" sure proves it - Democrats don't hate Republicans, they just feel extremely sorry for them, since their once proud party has been ruined by the far right extremists in the Bush Cult.
as for your somewhat skewed view of the primaries, you need to get electricity in your cave, or maybe subscribe to a newspaper. The Republicans are going at each other just as hard as the Dems, and this election cycle has barely just begun.....

Frankly, I don't think that anyone really hates anyone else in either party! Anyone who is surprised by the mudslinging must not follow politics too closely, it has always gone on & will continue! It's the name of the game!
Wait, it will get worse both before the nomination of the seperate parties & then in the election! Check it out, just before the Nov. vote, things will become more calm & the name calling will be almost nill. No politician wants to appear too mean spirited just before the election! They want to be seen as nice people & get your vote!

Hate is an uncomplicated excuse to no longer get something finished in Washington. our legislators are performing like naughty infants that rather of having a $a hundred,000+ paycheck choose a day out and no allowance. on the same time as that's much less puzzling for the two aspects to hotel to call calling and statements of hate - what's mandatory is compromise and a common information of significant matters. we are all individuals and until we are able to additionally act like adults this vogue will proceed. All Republicans are not evil and all Democrats are not saints. all and sundry of them are human beings and not a single soul on earth is prefect. puzzling actuality to attain yet real. Having been on the two aspects of the political aisle , i'm able to fairly say - the persons we decide on are meant to be sensible. What we as electorate decide for are idealistic human beings, that are fallible and bold , who detect potential and choose to maintain their quarter-hour of acceptance as long as achievable. the finest way of doing that's to p.c.. an enemy(the occasion which will take it away next election) and bury him - the two with info or turn public opinion against. This keeps the applicants elected and the electorate bitter and uncompromising while the opposing component delivers any possibilities.

Just wait. The Republican primary will get very VERY ugly long before it's all said and done. I don't think McCain, Giuliani, or Romney will get out of it with the nomination. It's early yet. Buckle your seat belt, hold onto your hat, and enjoy the ride!!!

I do know one thing....I haven't heard the word hate
come out of the mouth of any Republicans. Liberals
(usually Democrats) have profusely and very often
used the word hate of Bush and others. It's really
disgraceful when our elected officials stoop that low.

did you not hear what Mitt just said about Rudy?
how about actually paying attention to politics before you talk... you may learn something?
and if you need more evidence... see McCain/Bush 2000 primaries...
it's politics... the only people that think it's clean for anyone... are those that aren't paying attention...
do America a favor and don't vote... since you don't approve of the "mudslinging"
