under US regulation, as long as you reason for changing your call is criminal, there are no longer any regulations on what you alter it to. I trust the guy that stated their isn't any such element as a eastern-American call. There are names that come from Japan and people that don't. Its no longer 'politically the appropriate option', yet i could argue there is not any such element as an African-American. you're the two and American or you're no longer. maximum so called African-people have on no account been to Africa besides. in spite of if the had, that can cause them to people of African descent.

Hell yeah it is! Our names arent african to begin with in the first place, so i dont see nothing wrong, I think that anyone could change their name to anything under the sun as long as they are completely happy with it!

I wouldn't advise it, then you would get the annoying constant question asking if you were part Japanese, and that would personally annoy the hell outta me. But noone says you can't.....
