Ony daily and yes, it prevents cavities better than brushing by far.

Use the floss, see the gunk it pulls out, and decide whether or not if you like that between your teeth, rotting and causing bad breath and cavities.

yes I do at least once a day and yes it helps and will save your teeth and help with bad breath

all the time but idk. they say i should floss and i do so apparently it doesn't help
