Is there a difference between emotional attachment and psychological attachment?

yes, emotional is feelings and psychological is a mental thing.

It seems that they would play off of each other. I assume that your psychological attachment to something would be influenced by how you emotionally feel about it. Just as your emotional attachment could be influenced by your mind and how you perceive the thing you are attached to. So I guess I am saying there is a difference but that they are so interrelated that they function as one.

I do not differentiate the emotional attachment and psychological attachment. Cause' emotions are always psychological. Hence, attachment is attachment.

Yes other wise they wouldn't have different names. Emotional attachment can occur with someone you love, for example. Psychological attachment seems to me that would come from some fear like Stockholm Syndrome.

yes if your emotionally attached you have feelings for someone or some thing. if your psychologically attached then you have a mental connection.
