I like a warm wind--so it makes me happy.
Cold winter winds are miserable!

Not only does it affect my mood, but it affects my health. That wind blows all sorts of dust and particles around. Those particles get in your face and pores and generally make you cranky. You also get tired of having to fight the wind all day.
You havn't been in wind until you've been in a sustained wind of at least 40mph.

Yes. It stimulates the hair and skin on our bodies. Makes us more alive. My long-hair dog loves the wind.

A little bit. I think it's our instincts that make strong winds around us heighten our internal "alert" status. Had survival value.
