It was a few years ago on a fairly clear dark night. The neighbor and I were in the back yard and I noticed a triangular shape approaching. There was a steady white light on each corner and a fourth partway back along one side. It was very close before we heard anything, a very soft sound unlike aircraft, by which time we could see it was immense. I looked straight at it because if it were solid, it would blot out the stars. It would also be time to freak out. But it wasn't blotting out the stars and as it passed overhead, I realized it must be a formation of stealth aircraft.

yes multiple times
1st time it turns out to be a satellite
a second time i saw a strange spot moving fast above the clouds which turns out to be a strong beam from the surface to the clouds underside, but that wasn't obvious on first sight.
a third time i saw a flipping spot in a way above the clouds no light from my observation point could have get there
later i figured that it was a laser distance measuring up to the lunar surface they were doing late that night which was shot in the sky from the other side of the cloud (took me a week to figure)
a fourth sighting was a small dot flying along the horizon in approx. 1 mile distance. doing an 'impossible maneuver' in less than a second and flying back on the same line. no sound was heard. i'm still clueing on this but most likely it was a love bug in my line of sight.
so UFO yeah sure .. just keep up trying to explain them, cause theres always an explanation ;)

Well I watched this sorta flashing light one night and I knew it was a UFO then it went in front of the moon and I saw it was an airliner and the UFO disappeared.

yes in 1984 i was working on a boat in the gulf of mexico. during the day a ufo hovered above a small fleet of boats for about 20 mins.(with binoculars you could see a shape of someone standing in the window)

Oh yah!
For u UFO buffs I was present in the RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge sitings and cover-up in the early 80's. There's no doubt in my military mind that something is up. "Is anybody out there"
