Can you recharge flat soda with a CO2 cartridge?

is it possible to turn flat coke or soda into unflat soda again suitable for drinking?

Yes, if you go the pressure right. Likely you will end up with over-charged coke.

I don't think that's a good idea. The process is done professionally at the soda factory using sterile conditions and a lot of pressure. I think it would be safer just to get a new bottle of soda.
