They need alot of water and if you just got it it probably needs replanted. Most plants do. If it starts looking wilted then stick it in the shower under warm water for about 5 minutes let it get good and wet and then dump off excess water. Make sure it gets enough sun too. Peace lilies are one of the easiest house plants to have.

they are relatively easy to take care of. You can set them next to the window so they do not get full sun and keep the soil moist. we water ours with about a quart of water once a week.
