I have green card. I want to do good job in medical field not any job in Mc donald or in Dunkin donuts. I was working in india as a doctor. I have my TOEFL score.

There is no short term course if you are trying to practice anywhere closer to being a US physician. But obviously there are other curriculums that you could pursue like MPH, etc.
But to practice as a doctor you need to do the following:first answer TOEFL. Then answer USMLE 1/2/3, take clinical skills assessment and get some volunteer experience under your name to add to your resume. Age may still be a considerable gamble for you when it comes to participating in NRMP match. But nothing in this country is impossible. If you have the will and courage to study hard and get thru exams and show that you have exceptional skills then you may be successful in getting into a good residency program.

I have to tell you that the chances of you ever practicing medicine in the US are very, very slim. Licensure can take a lot of time....and it is unlikely that at the age of 52 / a female AND being foreign trained --- you will even be given a CHANCE to sit the licensure examinations....but I'm sure it would be interesting for you at least to TRY to go through the process.
