Are you factoring in the week during menstration? Because if so that would mean that you are menstruating every 24 days, which is common, but 28 is the norm.
Also, depending on your age, your body goes through changes. In my 20's it was common for my period cycle to change every + to 9 months. If I was sexually active, then I would take a pregnancy test just to give myself the piece of mind.
If you missed your cycle the whole month of february, then its best that you take a pregnancy test and not wait, that is the only way to tell if you are pregnant. If it comes out negative, its a good idea to go see a doctor to find out why you are missing your cycle and why your cycle has been abnormal. It could be a sign of a deeper issue.

I always have it every 17 days too, from the start of one til the start of another, which means I am only off it for 2 weeks or less. This is what's normal for me, always been that way. Nothing is "wrong" I have had normal pregnancy. The only way to tell if you're pregnant is to take a test. You might want to consult your doctor if you feel this isn't normal for you to have it this often.

Wow, I'd go to the doctor. 17 days is way too short a cycle. Something could be wrong. But hey, since it's late this time anyway, go ahead and take an hpt.
