Hi ! I'm a normal girl of 23, I weight about 103 lbs and I'm 5'1. So I was wodering if it's normal to feel from time to time chest pain? I get it while I'm nervous, but it's like in between my breast as if I had hit myself with something.
Do you think it's dangerous? what can I do about it? I get these pains about once/twice a month.

Thanks I do hope anyone with a medical education can answer. So please I ask not random answers. Thank you.

I wouldn't say normal, but it's not that uncommon. You should at least discuss this with a doctor when you go for your next checkup. Chest pain is nothing to mess around with. However, the sort of pain you describe sounds to me like an anxiety attack. A lot of people express their emotions in this physical way.

They *can* be treated, either with therapy or with medication (varying from tranquilizers to antidepressants). But the first step is making a doctor's appointment.

A lot of times people have that if they get Acid Reflex! It means where you can't drink carbonated things too much...but it could be something else...talk to your doctor!

I would recommend talking to your dr about this as this does not sound normal to me.
