Yeah, its cartilage and it also happened to me when I at the chicken McNuggets and ever since then I quit eating them and ate REAL chicken from KFC. Wendy's has pretty good REAL chicken sandwiches too.

Why don't you watch the movie "SuperSize Me" and see what exactly is in McDonald's chicken mcnuggets and patties. I haven't eaten anything from McDonalds, BK, or Wendys since I watched that movie.

i've heard that their chicken nuggets are made of the chicken meat and bones.
