Do permanent part-time employees in South Australia get annual and sick leave?

dunno about Australia but here in Wa state USA we do not if we are permanaent part time empolyees unless the employer offers these which is very unlikely

I think it all depends on whether or not you have a workplace agreement or a union, etc. I believe (& don't quote me), that most employers would offer annual leave and sick leave. I guess the only thing you can do is ask your boss.
