I tripped 9 months ago and broke the fall with my hands. They were sore but the paramedic said no bones were broken. The soreness took a few months to go away.

A couple months ago 2 lumps developed next to each other on one hand. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the fall or it's something else. The lumps aren't painful but are annoying.

Yes, definitely. It is scar tissue that formed under your skin into a lump.
I had the same thing on my thigh where I fell against the edge of a culvert and bruised it very deeply. Felt like a lump under my skin. The Dr told me it was harmless, just part of the scar from the injury. In a couple years it did go away tho.

I as quickly as fell in a substantial puddle. as quickly as I have been given to my appointment all and sundry had to renowned why one leg replace into sopping wet. no person laughed on the line; they have been too busy drying to get for the time of previously the easy replaced.
