do lots of cardio and ab work
don't do leg workouts b/c they make your legs all muscular and gross.

How much weight do you want to lose? Anything more than ten pounds is unhealthy. I went down one dress size in a month just by watching the foods I ate and increasing my physical activity. Instead of riding the elevator I took the stairs. Instead of driving to the mini mart on the corner I started walking. Instead of driving the two miles to the city park, I walked. I drank 5 litres of water a day, cut out all carbonated beverages (the carbonation stretches your stomach making it able to store more food than your body needs), increased my intake of fruits and vegetables, and instead of eating three times a day, I ate 5 times a day (just smaller portions) and I never ate after 6:00 pm. Because I ate so frequently I never felt deprived and when ever I wanted a snack I made sure I had a bag of baby carrots close by to munch on.
At the beginning of the year I wore a size 18 and it was getting snug. I can now wear a size 14 and some twelves (depends on the cut). This is how I did it. I hope this helps.

try sit ups, i've done it before and i lost 7kg in14 days by doing it 150 times a day or more :) also stop eating after 7 pm you'll see a dramatic weight loss very quickly

Power walk.. at least 30 minutes, cut out sugar, fatty foods and drinks lots of water, cut out soda and caffiene.

do lots of crunches eat everything exept for junk like cookies and candies
dont be a couch potato and be active all the time
