i'm 13....and i need a CUTE formal outfit....i need a white blouse $5- 15(maybe$ 20) (four finger length or longer), black dress pants (same price), and black shoes you guys think ballet flats are good??? if not what?? can you guys give me stores where i can get the clothes. THANK YOU.. want stores rather than buy on internet.

depends on where you live... but if you want cheap and for your age i bet your parents dont want to spend a lot for some one time outfit,so i would go to payless, especially since you wont wear the shoes again... or will u? then wal-mart for the rest of your outfit... goodluck! i know i would definetly try these places and i hate buying clothes from walmart so you gotta believe you will find it for a good price and when i really needed something quick and cheap i found it there!

One thing is for sure, formal doesn't mean boring... i suggest a different colour top with the black dress pants, like a peachy pink or a satin purple cami with the flats, or may b a small kitten heel ( in red or silver) Not only r these pieces great together, they can also b used to mix and match with other oufits like jeans and a mini jacket...... ummmm as for teh shops i would suggest u go to boutiques caz they usually have really cute stuff for less....
PS i suggest u get vertical lines on the black dress pants but not the very noticable... caz it will make yr legs look longer....

TJ Max, Marshalls, Old Navy has cheap clearance. I see a lot of young people wearing ballet flats now. I think ballet flats are alright.

Ballet flats are very cute. Shop at TJ Max, Macy's, Payless, Kohls, places like that. Good luck!

For dress pants, I'm sorry, but it looks like you might need to spend a little more. Go to Macy's it is awesome! That's where I got my formal outfit.

umm well if u dont like to buy expensive things which i am figuring...then i suggest KOHLS it has all of the things u mentioned u want in all sizes and yes black flats are so cutee it is a definite must! =]

Charlotte Russe is a really good place to find everything, or forever 21/ Reference or wet seal!!! i love all these stores and some of them are even color coordinated so it's easy to find the color your looking for.

ballet flats will not go with that out fit. if you want a good out fit then go to fashion island. all the stores are awsome.
