Personally i think they have a serious negative egotistical complex within their DNA and they're venting off the only way they know how- by being hateful & trying to instill fear into others. In reality they really hate themselves because most racist people do not qualify to 100% of the race they defend. So unless a Caucasian has blond hair & blue eyes, they are not considered white by their own records. If they have brown, brunette or black hair, they are considered a mulattoe because they have a certain percentage of Nubian blood. Like Hitler, he had this complex even though he was trying to breed "a perfect race", he knew and felt unhappy with his genes. He knew if he sat on a table amongst blonde hair & blue eyes that he would be the "n.i.g.g.a."- (I'm Nubian and i'm using this to express myself by the way they/ racists people refer to us also i like the meaning Tupak gave to this word "Never Ignorant Getting Goals Accomplished".)
This would apply for anyone of any race.

I Think they are ignorant as well ... I grew up with family members being racist & I hate it . I dont hate people by the color of there skin I dislike how they act , but you know how it goes .... if a girl knew I didnt like her she would base that on her color .

It will depend on the person and the situation. A racist person can be a good person, and they can be happy and know what is what based on their own values.

i think they learned it from racist parents. i believe it is a learned behavior (pity, isn't it?).
