can someone tell me what was infront/behind of the moon that made it change colour.

It was light coming through the atmosphere of the earth. The same reason that sunsets are red, this light coming through and lighting up the shadow region is also red.

a full eclips the orange tint is the light breaking ove the rim of the earth that gave it that orange tint

The atmosphere around Earth is red,the moon was in its shadow and the red reflected on it ,turning it to that colour.
It was on the news earlier on explaining it.
