I tried to run xmb's in my psp, but then, my psp went blank. I decided to remove the battery to shut it down, and I restarted it afterwards.
Everything seemed fine, but when the Sony Computer Entertainment logo popped up, it froze.
I have a recovery menu that I can get to when I start my psp, but I need help on how to get the psp to unfreeze.
I can get the files of my psp to the computer by using the option, UMD toggle, so I removed my homebrew that seemed to have caused the problem.
But...it didn't do anything.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

You have a semi-brick. You should know messing with the system files is dangerous and you should back up those files before you do anything to them.

If you do have a back up copy of you system memory, you can put them back to the system memory. Otherwise, you need put some files in the PSP\GAME\RECOVERY folder to bring your PSP back.

I do not know what files to put in there. You may find you answer in http://www.psp-hacks.com/
