Even if you don't like jogging, you're going to have to find some exercise to do if you want to lose weight safetly. Just living off of salad and fruit is BAD for you. Your body won't be getting the protein and calcium it needs, and it might cause your hair to start thinning and your skin to become pale and icky. Make sure you excersise daily for about 60 minutes (jogging, crunches, sprints - it doesn't have to be extremely intense if you don't want to lose lots of weight). And make sure your diet is balanced - get calcium, protein, carbohydrates, AND the vitamins you get from fruits and veggies

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

for eating
1. drink lots of water!! about 8 glasses a day
2. eat lots of protein less carbs, fruit and veggies, etc,
for exercising (idk your problem areas so here are the basics)
1. before breakfast, do 2 sets of 30 sit ups. in the afternoon, do 3 sets of 30, after dinner do 3 sets of 30. dont start out by doing as much as this cuz your stomach will hurt REALLY bad for a couple days and you wont be able to do the sit ups. i learned that the hard way.
2. lunges. i do a set of 10 in the morning, afternoon, and night.
3. for back of your legs, walk up the stairs taking two steps.
you will see lots of fast results with the sit ups and leg exercises. this is what i am doing for summer and its been 2 weeks and i already see a difference. good luck!

I don't know if you are near a place with sledding, but sledding is a great fun way to lose weight with family or friends. Swimming is also a great way. I was chubby small too, but I joined a swim club, and all that fat just melted off and stayed off. You don't have to join a swim club, but swimming does help those who don't want to do vigorous exercise.

eat healthy small meals, like 5-6 a day. It will boost your metabolism. Try to cut out unhealthy chips, soda.. And exercise 30 min. a day even if it's just walking. Good luck! PS- don't just eat salad or fruits, you need protein, whole grains too.

8-10 8oz classes of water a day and any excersize to raise the heart rate. Cardio is good for you and it changes your motabulism which helps you lose weight faster.

don't loos weit just so you can look good at a party. if you truely think you are over weit then try going to the gym a cople times ever week and dop alot of sit ups
