I would agree that juvenile delinquents should be taught proper etiquette and good manners, but I doubt that law enforcement officers would be the best at accomplishing that task!!

I think they should send them all to boot camp until they are 18, then send them to Iraq, especially those in gangs. If we took every gang banger from every major city and shipped their azzes off to Iraq to fight a war, men and women who make a difference could come home. Human garbage should be sent to fight the enemy and if they turn to the enemy, nuke 'em all. Nuke the bast*ards!

No, that's their parent's job. Law enforcement is just that....not baby sitters.
