More likely it is something in your area that uses a lot of power. When things like this start they use even more power than usual so it reduces the amount of power in the line that is available for other things. This makes light flicker and get dim.
It can also be caused by wind blowing the lines outdoors into things that cause them to short out.
Has It been windy?
Love and blessings Don

Loose neutral wire or circuit is improperly loaded. could be the hot is loose as well but than it would probably go out and come back on regularly. It's hard for me to say exactly on the internet. I can't see it from here. is it all over the house or just one room. it's not a main problem if only in one room. it's what I do for a living.

If your lights still flicker after an electrician has checked them out, then call a ghostbuster.

Is the wiring in your home good? Is your home new or old? Have you asked an electrician? If there is no logical explanation, than yes it could be a ghost.

that is where i had to make my computer run faster,
see know one understands how they work,
so their theories are wrong
and i know why, you see electrical current is like water and you cant just get it because it is hooked up
it just like how they get electrical energy from metals and magnets, and when they run out of electrsity, they throw them out and dont know where the electrsirty goes, and the presume that those metals will be hard to find in ten years so if people didnt wasted tso much time the would have enought o last another one or two hundred years,
electrical appliances are not like little water slides, and can hold all the electrisr=sty they would use over and over

Sounds like something is causing a load on your electrical system. Old building?
It isn't a ghost.

I agree with the others.....it's electrical in nature so you'll need to call an electrician. Don't worry about ghosts or nothing like that.

power surges are common, especially in old buildings, cities that are experiencing brown outs, electrical storms, faulty wiring, poor circuits, etc....forget about the gremlins....jumping to a supernatural conclusion is using cave man logic.
