Well, this is what I think they do. They pick and think while they drive. Pick and think, Pick and think, Pick and think and they don't even realize they do it because they are so busy thinking.

1. Your nose can act up at any given time. 2. Most people dont care what others think. Especially strangers.

So they can flick boogers on pedestrians. Every time they hit one, they have to take another shot. If they hit a cop car by mistake, game over.
