I thought you were going to elaborate that men can wear the same basic loose t-shirts and jeans, etc. and be comfortable, while female teens in particular are pressured, by what's available in the popular stores, to wear tight clothes. Now that's a double standard. And the underlying message is that any teen girl not wearing the miniskirts and tight low-cut tops is unfashionable and out of the running in the competition for the most popular guys.
I guess I don't have any thoughts on your situation. I would just be glad I didn't have the pressure to wear tight clothes and just be content to toss on the same jeans and comfy polos and t-shirts and look okay, and spend my time thinking about other things besides fashion. But everyone is different.

I have no problem with men wearing womens clothing. It seems more that other men that have a problem with it so I don't see why this gets blamed on women or womens lib.

I think this is a result of women pushing so hard to be "equal." It has, unfortunately, made them unequal, just on the opposite end they used to be. I think everyone should be able to wear what they want. I can't change societal thinking on this one though...that's gonna take a lot of people and a lot of time.

Hey, if a guy wants to dress like a girl, he's more than welcome to. Society's "standards" aren't the problem here, a guy in a dress is the problem.
