Recuva (pronounced "recover") is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!

Click on Recycle Bin. Click on item you wish to restore. A panel on the left should give you a choice of options. Click on Restore.

If U deleted them 2 the Recycle Bin then open the bin and select restore. If U have deleted them from the recycle bin...use undelete from the CMD prompt.

Im sorry to tell u this, but u cant! Whatever's delelted from the recycle bin is permanatly gone!!!!You should always back up ure files! Sorry. But i think you can use the system resore, which restores ure computer to an earlier time.

there is no simple way, but you really want the data, and you are willing to pay A LOT for it, first, shut down the computer immediatley because you writing over the old sectors.
take the drive to one of the geek shops and get out your pocket book. the number will have 3 digits in the price.
