The cheapest way would be to grow the tobacco, then roll your own using corn husk. Of course you would have to grow the corn too.

Collect old cigarette butts, squeeze out as much tobacco as possible, buy some rolling papers, and then your in business!

go to smoke shops and buy by the carton. if you register on line with your brand they send you coupons. Kool sends me coupons every few months for like $1.00 off pack or $10.00 off/carton. cigarette companys arent the ones raising their prices its those jerks that want more tax money :(

EDIT for those who said grow your own, that's illegal and carries heavy fines. Might as well grow your own marijuana.

that depends on where you live. i live in ontario next to an indian reservation and i pay $12 CAD for a carton! pretty sweet!

if you live near a reservation then go there and buy them. one of my friends pays 11 bucks a carton
