Have you checked your testicle for small bumps, you should do this after you get out of a warm shower.
My guess its the way you masturbate, you might want to change the way you jerk off. You might have long testicles that dangle around to much. You can also wear a penis ring or ball stretchers, they feel good an it will keep your testicles together.
