what's the best way to save your energy when playing soccer?

you should build up your stamina first. you can conserve your energy by not running throught the whole game. the ball is not always going to be near you, so when it is not, catch your breath. also by passing the ball more than what you run with it.

Soccer is an endurance sport. If you want to conserve energy you can't play. That's the fact. If you mean sandbagging, sit back and just watch e veryone else play the game. You would be pretty useless then though

you gotta play smart cuz there might be people on your team not running and you end up doing their job and thats when you get tired..thats why you have to yell at them to start running..drink water, but not too much..try not to slide tackle a lot either...pass more instead of running with the ball

You probably just want to walk when you dont have the ball, sprint when you do, and drink water but only when you are really tired. But not too much.

believe it or not when you play soccer dont talk alot and when u drink water dont drink alot little by little good luck

by not sprinting, jogging, brething through your nose and out your mouth, and drinking water, but not too much
