no u need a modem or u can use unsecured acces points in range

No you have to be near another modem, where you can steal the waves and have access to the internet and have to a connection without and secuirty or else your screwed

1) get a Ps3 and hook that up-to the Internet and use the Ps3 connection .
2) get a wireless net-work in your house or go to an Internet cafe

the usb cable only connects your psp to your comp for file sharing purposes it doesn't allow you to connect to the internet, sorry.
