Stop associating with him.
He sounds like a psycho.
When you feel uncomfortable around a guy, ask yourself always why you do. In your case, he is not respecting your personal space.
Assuming you showed disinterest by moving away and saying you don't like it.
When rejecting a guy's physical advances be direct.
Say, "hey, I don't like this." and move away agressively.

Tell him that you consider him to be a friend and nothing more. If he can't accept that, stay away from him. He is too aggressive and forward.
