That tranny is notorius for doing exactly that. Nothing wrong with it....just slow. I had two of em, and they both did it the entire time I owned them.

Low Fluid,,,,or worn out hydraulic pump in the transmission.
or Hydraulic fluid body at the base of the transmission has a sticky servo.
Sorry,,,there are no easy answers to this one.
Check out the obvious,,,,,then if you cant find the problem,,you will need to have the hydraulic pressure tested in your tranny,,,tranny shops have the guages to do this.
Make sure you go to one that you trust,,,cos most tranny shops are rip off artists.
(usualy not the mechanics,,,,just the sales guy's)

A transmission service isn't worth all that much. You don't even get 25% of the fluid changed. Try a flush with Mobil 1 synthetic fluid and give it a few hundred miles to take effect. It will take it that long to penetrate the seals and clean the varnish and gunk out.

it fairly is by way of the GEARBOX OIL BEING chilly AND THICK ,IT supplies A SENSATION LIKE grasp DRAG.in spite of the undeniable fact that, various drivers are actually taught tocontinual via retaining it in kit at lights and junctions, relatively drivers with undesirable judgement, undesirable site visitors experience and slow reaction cases.a good driving force will knock it out of ingredients, handbrake on and watch the site visitors or lights forward and be decrease back in kit in time to charm to away. You pay for you grasp, gearbox and thrust bearings,in case you carry i8n kit and slip the grasp lots it works out very high priced,in spite of the certainty that modern friction supplies are of extra acceptable lasting quallity.i'd propose YOU to start THE ENGINE,enable IT TICK OVER FOR A MINUTE,THEN PUMP THE grasp PEDAL UP AND DOWN a pair of cases and then EASE IT INTO kit.the 1st difficulty you do whilst getting a used motor vehicle is to alter the engine oil and filter out,it incredibly is that if the storage will no longer be able to be depended on or you purchase privately.
