You are one of the few people on Yahoo who actually knows about the needs of goldfish. But does anybody agree with me that she is rude in how she goes about helping new people? Yellong at them is not a way to convince them. You don't go to the pet store and start screaming at the employees for giving out bad information do you? Why is the internat different. If anybody wants to convince somebody that they are wrong, they have to be mature and professional about it if they are going to have any chance of changing somebodies mind.

This is a personal issue that should've been relayed and discussed privately, but, I will agree, I try to be considerate. Your concerns could be legitimate. I have to admit though, I've never heard of this person you reference and I am quite familiar with the best and top Answerers in the fish forum. And, she isn't one of the top 10 Answerers. All the ones I know are, so I can't say she could be considered one of the best. Then again, there are some Askers who just simply don't want to hear the truth to a question and would, instead, prefer to hear the lies and incorrect assumptions that make them feel happy and feel that anyone who doesn't tell them what they want to hear is being mean. I'm not saying this is you, I'm just making an observation.
