No one seems to have an answer...let me try to work this one out... sacred? It is a shape...it looks the way it does cause as the tear itself enlarges...the bottom spreads out cause it is so full of the liquid..and then it gets so heavy that it tears away from the eye leaving a narrower vortex at the top.... is that it?

nobody seems to get your question , and I just asked myself the same thing . I´ve recently been to a place in Bosnia where they supposedly discovered an ancient pyramid .The only thing you could visit was the base of the pyramid (covered in trees and soil , with a few stone blocks uncovered) there you´d get goosebumps and a weird feeling if you set foot on the stones - and some tunnels (called Ravne) that should lead to the inside of this pyramid. They didn´t reach the inside and had about 2 km of tunnels unblocked ( these ancient beings who built them also sealed them up with dry walls out of stone and sand) and you were allowed to walk trough a few hundred meters of the tunnels (they also weren´t leading straight to the pyramid , they had little chambers and passage ways and even water lagoons in them , it was really hard to find your way out) and all of these tunnels excelpt of course the chambers were teardrop shaped. The researchers there said there was some sort of resonace (Schumann I think) and the air was charged with negative ions and all sorts of stuff. You´d feel strange things inside the tunnels- less pain , better breathing , an urge to go deeper and upon leaving it you´d get angry , tired and incredibly hungry. Also , in a few pictures some light orbs were spotted in the chambers of these tunnels. My guess is , there is sacred geometry involved, thus the teardrop shape and resonace .The negative ions (which help the human body become balanced , our body has positive ions ) were I think released into the ear due to these " veins" of water and layers of stone strategically placed underneath each tunnel ...and all in all this whole structure was made by someone very intelligent because it hadn´t collapsed. We couldn´t get into some areas and I also had this feeling to get the hell out of there asap upon entering the second time. So ..make what you will of it, but there you go - this is why I assume that this particular shape has some sacred geometry to it. It´s not the only structure where I´ve seen this either - many buildings and temples and such use it. I am attracted to teardrop shaped things in a way I can´t explain . In a way , they resemble a pyramid too , only with a rounded and smooth bottom , the pyramid is after all a very strong structure so we can assume the teardrop shape is related also. Even though ,as someone stated above , it appears in nature when water is unbalanced and dripping .. but I do believe it appears elsewhere -like in flowers and stones and anything else you can think of ..That´s all I can say so far . Thank you for putting this question into words for me , I was asking myself the same but couldn´t describe the thing I had in mind.

I've been researching Sacred Geometry for many years, and have never seen reference to a teardrop. Some Fractals appear to have teardrop-shaped portions, but the overall mathematical shape is more equally balanced.
If you think about it, a teardrop shape, although it appears in nature, is not a permanent form as it appears only when there is unbalance and change.

basically, the only thing that i can find in common with sacred geometry and alchemy is that they both deal with types of spirituality. Sacred geometry deals with the use of geometric patterns and shapes in the design and architecture of churches, temples, mosques or any place of spiritual gathering. These specific shapes mean certain things, depending on the religion or belief system. For example, the pentagram in Christianity refers to the five senses. In Catholicism, it can sometimes refer to the Devil, or the Evil One. Alchemy deals with the process of turning metals into gold, using chemicals and science. However, Alchemy is also a belief in finding the ultimate wisdom through chemistry. Therefore, alchemy is a spirituality all its own. All in all, the only thing that I can see in common between the two is that they both deal with a type, or types, of spirituality.
