It does me no good to eat off an all you can eat buffet bc i dont eat much. and i only use one plate and take one trip.

But I will never overeat myself:have my limits.

It depends on what they're serving, but I'd say my average is 4 plates of food. I usually don't eat dessert.

that depends on what buffet and how big the plates are. I pick my main meal in one. my salad in another and my dessert in another. Then I go back for another main meal and another dessert so about 5 but I don't get big portions.
