Miss Grabber ... I read your profile for a reason. You seem like a somewhat driven person. There's nothing wrong with that, but it may take an extraordinary effort to tear yourself away from your PC.

I was going to simply say, "Turn off your computer." But after checking your profile, I got the sense that you may truly be addicted.

There's an interesting article about computer addiction on my link below. I just think that your speed is set to "fast" and you can't change gears. Once you break the ice, though, you'll learn there are other speeds you can function at and the computer may begin to lose its appeal. Good luck with it, Grabber.

Try picking up a book! I know that sounds so stupid, but if you find a genere that you like, you can get more addicted to it then Myspace!

Power cable - Remove from the wall.
Unless you need to do work on the pc then simply:

Shove on some music
Remove your Internet cable

Throw a sheet over the computer, then put a chain around it and secure it with a padlock.

just tirn it off and tell yourself no have self disipline its only a computer but i see your dilemma that is what i do pretend its not there go out hide it under your bed camoflague it just tell yourself nononononononon or maybe they have computer rehab.
