Why are you letting your bf play with your 'girls' (breasts)? Why are you naked around each other all the time? You have feelings for someone else too and you do that with your bf? Where's your self- respect, where's your fail-proof birth control (I'm talking about birth control pills and a condom) and where are your parents or his while you two are playing around naked?
Honestly, the guy has probably already told 10 of his friends, too, so you look like Miss Slut to them.

Put the girls up until you decide who you really like. And whichever one it is know that you running around in front of him naked could cause you a lot bigger problem in the future
