Actually I do. My step father and I used to go all the time when I was a kid. It's been a while, but I still have my gear. : )

Not so much. When I was little, I would try to free the minnows by dumping them in the pond. Really didn't go over so well with Dad.

Yes I do...I don't even mind the worms or cleaning them to eat..In fact if they aren't edible or big enough its a catch & release deal..=)

Yes I used to do that,till studies shown me that it cruel to the fish.
I stopped immediately.
