I have a tenant whos rent is being paid by t.r.a welfare.they where supose to pay her rent for a year.but on march the first I did'nt get a cheak.so I told her that shes living her security.if i where to go to court how long will it take to evict her.

It will take you between 10 and 30 days in most jurisdictions. I speak from experience.
