Not sure I would care since I lived through a plane crash Id just stop at thankyou god Im alive and be happy with that .

When a plane crashes in another country they think you are trying to smuggle yourself in, so they put what's left of you in jail!

I would think they would accommodate you,but you know how every one is now a days you'll probably have to go to court and fight for you money back

You'd probably have to sue for damages. If you advised their lawyers you'd settle for getting your ticket cost back, they'd probably jump for it.
