Please help me! I desperatley need to know what anime/manga this character is from?

http://e-shuushuu.net/image.php?mode=view&image_id=85, there is one picture of her manga style, and here http://e-shuushuu.net/image.php?mode=view&image_id=39161 is another but more Anime style. She is not from Shakugan no Shana, or Love Hina.
