I think if I lived through the crash, I wouldn't be too worried about whether I got my money back - I'd just be glad to be alive.

I don't think so...might could sue, or get a voucher for another trip, but, nah, wouldn't think you would even care if you lived through something like that..what's a little money compared to your life spared.

well if your plane crashes most likely you wouldn't live but if you do you should either get your money back or you should sue them and if you don't get money i would try and get a free flight

and then some, usually surviviors and victims families sue the airplane company. the odds fo you surviving a plane crash isnt very good!
