where can i throw sewer drainage that i had cleaned up from the yard?

Not a problem at all. Bacteria will eat it up. So you can reflush down the toilet, or you can just put into a plastic bag and into the garbage can.

putting in a plastic bag and have it disposed of via the landfill is my suggestion. good luck.
