How long do you have to wait to get a CDL if you have DUI's on your record?

If your license is current and there is no suspension or revocation on it, it is a valid license, you can get a CDL anytime. The issue is who will hire you with a DUI on your record. Your State DMV can give you more precise answers

how many DUI,s.....this will not sit well with the department of motor vehicle,s............you may have to satisfy state requirement,s before they even consider letting you loose with a CDL !
