No relevance at all. No one but the woman can make decisions about what she can and cannot do with her own body.
Morality isn't an issue here unless it is the womans issue and hers only.

Morality is what the law is based on. It is immoral to steal. It is immoral to kill. If it isn't immoral, then there probably isn't a law against it.
