Not directly
Tom is not responsible for any emails sent. All emails are directed to Myspace Customer Services or technical support. From there you may request you contact Tom however this is highly unlikely.
He will no deal with any of the following:

Hacking
Fraud
Violation
Virus Keylogging
Phising
Harassment
Bugs
Broken links

And so on, and so forth.
