drivers license?

ive been hearing a lot of peopel say that if youre born after 1993 you cant get your license till your 18.what is the new rule reallly gonna be?is their even gonna bea new law?

they really are considering this to be a law.and i wanted to know if its true.have you ever heard of typos?

I've never heard this as a fact, although I've heard this rumor before. I doubt it'll happen.

In some states, there are "provisional licenses" which you have between 16-18, which allow you to drive, but have certain restrictions (no night driving, unless work-related; no friends in car for the first six months, etc.)
