Infections such as bladder infection could do it, certain hormone imbalances as well or problems with your bowel could do it. Sometimes cysts can as well. Pls check with your dr to be on the safe side.

If you don't have gas, or appendicitis and your positive.
You could have an STD, or Streptococcus, These are just some leads for your general question.

Lots of stuff can cause pain. Cramps,ovulation, cysts, scar tissue,fibroid or polyps, tubal pregnancy, plus many many more. If you are concerned see your Dr. straight away.
