Ok i have a Canon Bubble jet BJC-3000 printer it will print every other color exsept black and ive checked the ink takes all of em are full helP!!! i need to print in black

Have you cleaned your heads lately?Some may work and some may not.Clean head's,and run test print.Sometime's it take's more then once to get them running again,they do that if they sit for awhile.

After you hit print, a box should pop up, there you should be able to tell it color, gray scale or black only.
