i have been losing my mucous plug since yesterday and today when would i go to labor??? well what do you think is going to happen when i lose my last piece im not bleeding its just gooey and clear 37 wks 2 days pregnant 3 cm dilated..

You can lose your mucous plug up to about 3 weeks before labor even starts. But, if you are 3 cm dialated, you are doing fine. Don't stress, your baby is coming. Good Luck and all my best for a fast and easy delivery

i didnt lose mine - my water just broke 9 days early. I had just written a question on answers asking whether it was possible to give birth without any of the usual signs such as losing the mucous plug etc. I lay down for an hour and when i woke up my water had broken - that was a bit freaky
my baby is 2 weeks old today ........he is sleeping now :-)

with my son I started losing my plug about 9pm. My water broke about 3:30am :)
I called my sis when I first started losing mine, she said this happened for her friend and the baby didn't come for a few weeks. I guess everyone is just different.
